Story No. 3 TRIBECA
'Tribeca is a neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York City – a Triangle Below Canal Street.
In the early 19th Century, the formerly agricultural area became the center for textile/cotton trade. By the 1960s, industry had all but disappeared, and the area has been transformed into an upscale fashionable residential area.
Its 10013 zip code has been ranked as NYC's most expensive.
The Mmuseumm, NYC's tiniest museum, opened in Tribeca in 2012, inside a 60-square-foot freight elevator, which can only take four people at a time. Tribeca Film Festival was created to reinvigorate the neighborhood and the entire downtown area after the 9/11 attacks. Tribeca is one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC.'
